Right when i go eat lunch it some out! Looks great... Their costs were higher, which cut into the profit, but when you are at these growth stages, you are going to see some volatility...
Would like to see better profits, but they have been hiring, training, expanding the menu, services, etc... These are investments that increase COGS now, but pay off down the road. Gotta have more skilled employees/gurus/menu items/etc so #3 is ready to go from day 1.
As i wrote several times, this is the one quarter that i was not expecting too much out of... but considing they are in a strong revenue growth trend, BEFORE all of these other catalysts, during the weakest quarter, is awesome.
They didn't lose any money and they were able to make themselves much stronger internally. Thats all you can ask for when a company is small. They managed it well. Great quarter!
