The float means nothing since all the OS will eventually be in the float. We have no way of actually knowing what is going on with the dilution. all we know is what the company says is going on; and we have no way to verify that the company is truthful or partially truthful o r intentionally misleading. Folks keep saying the audit will reveal the truth. but, the audit, IMO, is likely to never happen and is at least two months away if it does.
In the meantime the TA remains gagged and the company has already shown that it is quite willing to dilute.
