Since Pruitt has sued the EPA so many times, be interesting to see if received any compensation for damages.

What the gov't did was over-reach (IMO) and there needs to be compensation so the EPA doesn't ride rough shod over others..

Yes they were. The wording of the last PR makes me think we will get expedited permitting over monetary compensation.

One of my stock guru's said they were going to sue the EPA for 1.5 BILLION or something like that but he couldn't find the link.
