How can you protect someone from a suit that wasn't served at all or at the very least incorrectly. Just because Tautachrome (an Arizona Company) was served doesn't mean TTCM (a Delaware company is liable) 2 different entities. Otherwise someone could sue Bob Smith in Dallas by serving a Bob Smith in Fort Worth.
