In fact, If you look at the docket for that suit, and the motions that were filed due to TTCM/BH Trucking's non-compliance, it all started when the discovery was becoming due. TTCM/BH actually hired a law firm and filed an answer (interestingly, did not deny the existence of the contract etc) and then the lawyer withdrew during the process of trying to get his client, TTCM/BH, to provide the initial discovery. There is something being hidden.
