Yes I agree.... noting igotthemojo's reply, I can not see Kim accessing more then 2 puts for the month of May 2017 for a total of $400,000 to clean up some liabilities.

i read it as one "or more" additional puts if csc agrees...which can mean any amount..

"Notwithstanding the aggregate $200,000 ceiling for monthly puts under the Letter Agreement, if both we and Calm Seas agree, we may submit one or more additional puts during any given month to the extent we need additional capital for our operations and/or our product development"

I so hope you are right, Es1! I think that would really light a fire under the PPS. If such a scenario were to occur, it looks like it would not be dilutive. Of course, business is not my forte.
