I would think shares would also be involved but they would not be really dilutive because not only should they be restricted but the partner should hold long term.
Could see a BOD member added in a deal as well.
The question I have for the board is what is everyone's guess as to the cost of the 2 facilities and getting the first one up and running? It should be very inexpensive considering the local economy.
