Yes it is a show stopper, Just as the DOD website says. ACS might be doing business with a large defense contractor, but I guarantee theyre not using a SFOR product.

To comply with revised DOD policy, suppliers who wish to be listed or retained on a QPL or QML must register with System for Award Management (SAM) @ www.sam.gov and maintain their SAM registration in an “Active” status.



DOD/goverment qualified products database

Not having a qualified product to do business is indeed a showstopper.

I trust the government website on who is eligible before some random poster who can't provide one shred of DD.
