IMO, DB controls the trust and assets in them. Those trust have been service by others such as JPM AND ALSO why they removed those assets off their books end of 2015. They did not own them or pay for them.
Now part of this agreement could be that JPM will pay for those off book assets.
IMO, FDIC also has off book assets under their control. We will see many distributions, and IT WILL MAKE US ALL HAPPY!
