Maybe. It's a one time $300 mil, prob over 3-4 years of sales, but sure. It's a plus.

I do have to wonder about the shape of the deal if R-IT fails though.

Once again we arrive at the same conclusion. R-IT failure = certain bankruptcy within 3 years. The market seeing this coming will value the Co at maybe $100 mil post R-IT failure, and then down from there to $0.

But I hope R-IT succeeds. I'll make more $ than off it failing, you guys will make bank and be happy with your lives once again (at least for a while), and about 3% of patients with CVD will be benefited (ARR) haha..
