Wise, I seem to remember that there were threats against management although that was second hand info. I do remember seeing security at two of the meetings. I believe I attended three of the ASM's in Delaware. It was a mickey mouse show when Jim and Steve were hosting. Remember when Miller and Tom Z. took over one meeting as there was almost a mutiny.
Only reason I am back is because of the rep. of Lebby and the low risk/reward. It is a no brainer to take a flyer on the stock at these levels. Lebby's connections alone should have the stock trading at 3x this share price. Was talking to a friend who posts here and we were thinking the possibilities if we partner with a big name. Look the **** out.
Not many MM's left. The whole business changed early 2000 and a lot of independent traders and brokerage desks were shuttered. Now I think only the major desks make markets with Citadel and Nite being the dominant players. I will check with a sibling who are the players in LWLG.
At the end of the day existing large holdings of shares need tot be secured to buy back shares to cover shorted positions. Question : Who's holdings are large enough to sell ( at a profit) or to be used as security for an attractive fee rto cover the shorts? I would not play this game without covering my back. Especially given the required legal delivery of shares at t+3.
