That's what is listed for last 2 AS increases. The rs was in 2/2016 and there are no filings for that except a mention on it. Still no filing. All NVSOS filings are increases. Not saying he won't but there is no split filing before the rs there is one 10months after the 2/2016 rs TO "split" to increase the AS IN 12/16 to 1.3b. now to 2.8
