This does not help Pfizer. You cannot protect the drug that has already lost protection. It only protects a2-73 because it is still protected by the same owner.

INteresting curve ball you threw out there, Att. I always wondered why people dont mention them as potential partner more. Pfizer, as Aricept maker, has the most to lose from 273 and should be desperate to protect their position as the SOC, even if it means switching that to 273. And they already know where the patient are and have the salesforce and distribution in place to serve the alz market.
