PGUS. What does the additional $1.5 million represent though. Is that just anticipated added worth of the resort area in general when those homes are complete. Thats not added investment worth, is it? In my opinion whats important to note is that the purchase of land cost them $500k and that after sell of only 16 lots, they have brought in $1.18 million. That's very significant with practically 1500 lots left to be sold. That gets a nice jump on development costs right there. Significant Money to be made here.
