Not true.

This could insure just the opposite by way of dilution, share consolidation and more dilution.

The Lendor now owns all the IP - as the loan is secured by all of MVTG's IP, and whatever assets they may have left as well.

Shareholder have fallen off the ladder. And if anyone thinks dilution will not be a measure to be reckoned with here, think again.

Theres going to be many changes once the new CEO and board takeover. Many.

May not even recognize the symbol by year-end.
