The financial filings paint a very different picture for AW.

It is not bringing any real value to the table. Not-profitable and definitely no parallels for a category that MVTG claims to be currently in.

This was a pure RM play.

Intercloud divested its weakest link. And MVTG is absorbing it in an RM.

Shareholders should be livid.
