IMHO :-) it doesn't matter either way. AWS controls the board. They can fire the CEO, appoint him as CEO of a subsidiary, or not.

We simply don't know what they are up to wrt the existing (old) MVTG business, patents etc. Perhaps they will sell them to the highest bidder, or liquidate them.
