They are talking about registration in 2015 in the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. Was not public traded by then. Don't know if and how many shares they had and what was par value, but wouldn't surprise me if they had for instance 5 million shares pare value 10 yuan. The 50 million yuan changed, because now they are registered in Wyoming, AS is 2 billion with par value 0.0001.
