They are both now co-directors, and Larry is no longer a director, which is probably because they brought a 10 million dollar per year revenue producing, engineering, design, consulting and construction firm that specializes in the Telecom business to $MVTG and want final absolute control of the complete company.

BUT!!!! Larry is still the CEO of $MVTG and Mantra Energy, while the other two are "Roger Ponder and Keith Hayter as (1) its Chief Executive Officer and President" are the CEO and President of AWS.

They want to focus on running AWS, and want Larry to focus on public side of $MVTG day to day operations and on getting Mantra Energy to the next level, ie funding and building an $MVTG ERC-syngas pilot plant (top focus, but not the only one at Mantra Energy)

Unfortunately, reading and writing the english language properly is becoming a lost art, not that there were ever many that ever mastered it any way LOL....
