Even if there was 100% infringement by all 3. The value that SFOR lost due to the infringement would have to be assessed. They would compare it to deals already in place. Or prices that SFOR has sold patents for. So the ACS 8k would come into play where they sold a patent for 9 million and let them sell it for 20% royalties for x amount of time.
