Thanks for the compliment and the greeting Dwayne.

I have noticed your posts to the Hotcopper forum....

But, hmmm, some of your thoughts could be lost in translation. OS means Outstanding Shares? I think we call that issued shares. And AS means Authorised Shares? Now as I recall, decades ago our corporate laws required the articles of association to prescribe what we called authorised capital which was the limit on total issued shares. Are we talking the same thing? We did away with that meaningless concept quite a long time ago, so there is now no limit.

Referencing other posts by you, Reverse Split....could that be what we call a share consolidation, where, say, 100 shares become one? Goh actually mentioned the possibility of a consolidation in his email to you.

Regarding the combination of pixelmags and migme, I do not see a lot of synergies there. Magazine consumers in western countries do not have much in common with social media consumers in Indonesia, India and The Phillipines. But there may be something I am missing. Nevertheless, I suspect that both businesses individually have great potential.

I don't expect Migme to be in loss very much longer. They are poised for greatness in my opinion. The main problem has been management of cash but listing on the ASX has been an issue as well.

SPCL/Solaris/Pixelmags/Migme/Goth/ Story resembles this Scenario. SPCL/ MIGME Just looking for "FRESH MEAT" on US Exchange. Anyone who looks at the last two years Financials and losses of Migme will get an ACCURATE picture of where Goth is. Where are those Pesky Pixel Financials well over a year late. Dang Auditors. Over 40 Million in losses and they only deal contingent on 1.25.Hmmm
