remember this is USA you can sue anyone for anything does not mean you will win. for vdrm to continue with production and coming out in 45-60 days tells me they are not worried about this as am sure they have more inside info on the case and know who owns what regarding patent etc..

Too bad his end of the patents was abandoned, so all he gets is a bill for legal services for his shareholders to pay.
