Yes, that tells it all. The Professor is happy to spend 60+ million to buy into the world leader in bulk metallic glass. The other guy is glad to hand it off to somebody that knows how to turn LiquidMetal into a world class manufacturing company, and also to be leaving with a huge hunk of stock.
