There are more logistics involved in putting out an 8k & PR than just a shareholder update.

My opinion is, they wouldn't have even gone to Dubai and Morocco without some VERY serious prior interest. Why would they spend that kind of money and be gone on a 10 day trip and show the Time Machine to 200 physicians if there were not heavy interest IN ADVANCE of the trip.
