It already happened. The others haven't been in long enough to sell their story of how long they've "suffered" and how "loyal" they've been and how they should "benefit." The others also aren't the right hand to the CEO getting info and directing conference calls. Those calls are all setup by Chung now. He even calls the ends of the calls and that they wouldn't have one for Q1.
At this point, I'm not expecting any other insider buying both because they don't know what Chung knows and they're not "inside enough" to get the "OK."
In my opinion, he's not a team player nor is he a risk-taker, but he is a total opportunist and if in his shoes, I don't know if anyone would act differently.
