I think the media side sets them apart from the others. There are other cultivation and dispensary stocks here in Nevada that have a similar market caps now. They are run with a medical feel with doctors in their management and sad concerned faces and people looking at lab beakers in their web sites and dispensaries. They are also only facilitates and stores. I feel like the media side and media connections of PNTV really does set them apart. They have a "lets have fun" "lets party" vibe about them. Totally different vibe than the others. I am hoping and betting that the stock market also sees some real hype and mania here because of their media side too. We never know how this could morph. They could set up or be a part of mega parties here in Vegas.
The way they are creating the smoke in public laws here or marijuana lounges is going to be by temporary events permits or permanent smoking areas. I don't believe they will be like bars where you can order your marijuana and smoke it too. They will be permitted smoking areas. They have talked about a marijuana smoking area in the new Raiders stadium and talked about a street in the downtown area where you are free to smoke. But back to my point, If PNTV can somehow be a part of mega parties, pool parties, rave parties, filthy rich parties, and have temporary smoke in public permits, here in Vegas, with big banners and sexy people / Hollyweed types then they could really blow up their competition.
