If you believe it is actually spew, then why are you here ?

This company is in a race against time, either D'Couto will get it done or not.

Since D'Couto is not forthcoming with information, some of us search and glean for behavior or processes that show either progress or preparation for the next step.

In 2015 D'Couto announced a teaming agreement with S4W. In that announcement he described an intent to provide engineering units of the fuel cell and battery. Okay its 2015 and he is speaking about the future.

In late 2016, S4W updates their website and places NEAH in the partner list and has commentary on the Sell sheet for their drone. The commentary describes "multi-hour" flight times for the drones using NEAH batteries and/or fuel cells. This is way above drone flight times for any drones we see today using standard Lithium ion batteries. D'Coutos future has arrived.

From this, we can glean the testing went well. We can also glean that NEAH's 3rd party lab was able to build some batteries and/or fuel cells.

From this we can also infer that NEAH has a willing buyer for their product if they can make more.

A longer lasting battery will be a competitive advantage for S4W to sell drones or cameras, so they may also have a clause that gives them exclusivity for future production. We know that they have confidentiality agreements in place.

So why would D'Couto be expected to announce to the world what he has if he is contractually bound not to do so.

After SAKTI was bought by Dyson we have not heard any more hype. Then this. The head of SAKTI3 was everywhere in the media. Once they were bought there was nothing to be heard ever again ( gag order by momma ).

http://gas2.org/2017/04/03/dyson-sakti3-electric-car-battery-abandoned/

Dyson is still working on things but very mum on information.

If D'Couto is getting close, he is most likely having to be quiet also.

He has never commented on S4W after announcing the teaming agreement. S4W however has verified the relationship through their website.

VOXX is the licensed distributor of S4W's body camera. They intend to go commercial in late spring 2017. That's about 1 month from now. They advertise 10 hrs of operation with HD video, 120 degrees of video and live streaming through a 4G modem. Most other cameras advertise 2 hrs of video. What does VOXX/S4W have that others do not ?

People supposedly want D'Couto to announce, yet they do not believe what he has announced in the past.

The only thing they will believe is a revenue producing agreement. So if he waits until he has one before making noise then whats the problem ?

JMHO

Decades old..lets look at the time lines, I know "MAFF IS HARD" for some.

2015 - S4W/NEAH teaming agreement announced with intent to test NEAH POwer devices in S4W security devices. CEO of S4W announces an intent to use NEAH tech in cameras and other devices.

2016 - S4W creates a new website, NEAH is listed as a partner. NEAH battery listed as an option on a drone sell sheet. Announces new body camera with 10 hrs of operation.

2016 - WTHS Engineering students working with S4W to design Body Camera cases. "Some 20,000 “BodyCam” cases of the completed prototype already have been assembled to fill existing orders. McGough anticipates that this number will increase rapidly based on the projected camera market and the excellence of the company’s technology."

2017 - Jan 4. VOXX announces streaming body camera optimized for the Verizon network designed in cooperation with S4W. "The ACCU.C 4G device will be available late Spring 2017".

2017 April 21 NEAH revives Trademark application for PowerChip Battery and PowerChip Fuel cell.

Decades old news ? Really ? Maybe time runs faster in your universe.

Most of this is not originated by NEAH power so D'Couto cannot be accused of hyping.
