So is it safe to say that the company has not attempted to retrieve the gold they found but still own the land?

In reference to possible cash pay out from court case to damaged shareholders, what's your thoughts(best guess) on how that might go down.Be interesting to see if those holding chill shares to date, receive some sort of compensation,the price and then retire them or what. Need An update on the settlement and company game plan.
