Got some DD to share. Doug responded, gave me a contact e-mail to try, he is no longer with the company to my understanding but is still active in Sierra Leone. While it's possible that he may return, I will just hold onto my shares tight and see what happens here. So many unknowns with the positive court case outcome! A shell company is one option, cash payout from court to damaged SGCP shareholders is another, return of Doug and SGCP operations, reverse merger, ect... As this has a pink sheets stop sign I wanted to share any and all information I discovered.
