Maybe the actual evidence presented in court is not what is presesnted to be in Cyber Space????

Unless one is on the jury and sees the truth how can it be determined otherwise???

I recently heard of case where the defendent was promised 10 years mininum at Club Fed for like Class C felonies, yet only got a small fine. :-)
