So his probation ends in three weeks. Hardly worth the effort to try and revoke it since you likely couldn't even gett a court appearance date before his probation term expires, and his attorney could stretch that ~OUTT even further.
And the BOJ wouldn't be too excited about in-processing him only to release him days later.
In reality, he'd never even gett a hearing date before his probation expires, there's no term remaining anyway as May 21st is nearly here.
So, totally nott worth it for the PO to waste his time and the courts time on this.
He is nott a flight risk and he's already under supervision by a PO, so even if he was arrested for a violation of probation, he'd be released on his own recognizance for this. And there's no realistic way to even have a revocation hearing (where both sides present arguments and evidence) before 21 May, so the entire thing would be moot.
