There's no reason to think there will be a "bounce". They don't have the Marley name; they don't have the distribution that they used to; they had no sales in Q3 and haven't produced an annual report for last year. (most of this under the leadership of Toevs, BTW).
Cannibas coffee? Legal in about 3 states.
Cannibas coffee cafes? Never going to happen. This isn't Amsterdam, even in the states where it's legal.
Some bottled/can agreement? They also had agreements with vending machine companies that went nowhere.
They're loaded with debt; they have little to no product and sales. The cannibas stuff won't be available for a year at best.
There is no turnaround in sight for this company; any bounce you think is happening is a pipe dream.
