Undeniable...NEOM will no doubt come back to life. As what, who knows. 5+ yrs of DTC CHILL lifted. That is not done for free. That is not done easily. That is done for a reason. Why clean up the shell to pass the DTC sniff test and be able to resume full electronic trading with no restrictions (again, been restricted for five+ yrs) if nothing was planned for the shell?
Who cares who owns the patents. As I mentioned, YA wants their money back and will do what they can to get as much of it back as possible. YA controls it all...NEOM capital structure, NM,LLC and therefore, the patents, whether they are NeoMedia's or NM's.

My guess is, now that the shell is all current, next come the fins, then skull/stop sign removed then the RM or NeoMedia back to life.

No doubt in my mind that this will happen. Nobody spends that kind of time (yrs) and money (millions, according to you) to clean up a dead shell and satisfy all that is necessary to have a DTC CHILL removed on that dead shell if there is no growth plan lined up to revive that dead shell.
YA wants their money back. They have a shell. They have patents that could be involved with blockchain/bitcoin tech. They can play it however they want...and they are.
