Gotta be careful here---we've seen time and again how a beleaguered pick will show strong signs of reversal on Friday afternoons only to suddenly do a dynamic turn-around without apparent explanation.
If I were placing a bid in the hopes of picking up some bottom-fishing target having been pummeled throughout the week? I'd be certain to place my order on an "all or nothing" basis to protect my butt. Right now you can buy NGL for $16.10 and I figure that's a terrific value, even if it should drop some. I don't believe it could drop back more than $15.80 or thereabouts, so the current price is a good one.
