It's is interesting that the label showing the contents of the cited product is out of focus and cannot be read!

There are two basic types of CBD Oil! One includes THC and the other does not! For medical marijuana purposes, THC is the primary active ingredient, but products containing THC are classified as Class 1 drugs, i.e. marijuana, and cannot be legally sold or distributed in the United States. Some states have chosen to ignore the Federal Laws, but the Feds would be all over the interstate transportation of THC! It is often worthwhile to read the "small print" included in ADVERTISEMENTS! In fact the posted link takes the reader to an advertisement, which expounds on the virtues of non-THC CBD oil! Big whoop!

The manufacturer's claim of a CBD Oil-based product is a bit misleading! The oil is DERIVED FROM SUNFLOWERS, not marijuana! The cited product does NOT contain THC, thus can in fact be sold anywhere in the 50 states; however, if this is the kind of product Seth Shaw is intending to market, GOOD LUCK! This stuff is pretty much good old fashioned "snake oil"! There are no measures of efficacy! And the efficacy is at best questionable!

For further information on similar products, it might worth reviewing Dr. Stella Sung's and Dr. Larry's wellness website! TAUG has already "been there and done that"!
