Ameritrade Trade Architect now showing bid 1.95 and ask 2.50, this is usually what gets shown at market close when the MMs drop off Level 2.

$0.33 would be a really good entry point. Since VTSI has more than $3.5M of net cash on the balance sheet and generated $1.4M of free cash flow last year, you'd be buying at 1 times free cash flow.
