Finra halt: Code U3: Trading Halt - Extraordinary Events
Trading is halted because FINRA has determined that an extraordinary event has occurred or is ongoing that has had a material effect on the market for the OTC Equity Security or has caused or has the potential to cause major disruption to the marketplace and/or significant uncertainty in the settlement and clearance process.

Which is why the day to day stock prices mean nothing to me even when I'm down $20-30G, and yes I still do own most of my shares but my broker did sell about 1.3 million as I accidentally overbought due to adjusting my ask slaps

On Finra's website, it was indicated that the shares were halted under a category labeled "U3-Extraordinary Event Halt."

Finra defines a U3 halt as one occurring "because FINRA has determined that an extraordinary event has occurred or is ongoing that has had a material effect on the market for the OTC Equity Security or the security underlying an OTC ADR or has caused or has the potential to cause major disruption to the marketplace or significant uncertainty in the settlement and clearance process."

The halt may remain in place for up to 10 days, and can be extended beyond that should FINRA find reason to do so.
