Plus I'm sure they take average volume and react accordingly. This isn't designed to be predatory. Some days it's ~1M, some days maybe a little less or a little more. It all works out in the end because we are also growing and expanding during this growth stage.
Since 10% of the average daily volume can not be exceeded, let's look at the average daily volume... It's about 10 million shares...
That limits the converters to about 1 million shares per day they could sell... Therefore with 482 million shares.... it would take them 482 trading days to sell all 482 million shares... That's about 1 and 1/2 years folks.... So if they were to pound the bids, they would not get a return on their shares.... So they will be SHAREHOLDERS, just like us, for a long long time...
So old DEBTHOLDERS are now INVESTORS.... And if the company does well, we all do well!
