Hi Tim – apologize for the delay but I should refrain from giving another timeline here. We are well underway and moving forward but I need a draft from the attorney before he advises me to release to shareholders. I am speaking with him early next week and hope to have some more info then

A draft of what? Is this another reference to drafting a PR? Didnt he mention working on a draft weeks ago? Well, today is the last day for "early this week" as referenced in his email to you.

Looks like the news Mark had for us after talking to his lawyer (early this week) fell by the wayside for now. It would be nice if once in a blue moon Mark would come through with information early rather than late (and then putting more guestimates out there). Asked Mark where our news is. Have not heard back from him. MAYBE WE GET NEWS TOMORROW MORNING along with news on White Space and Skin along with other stuff and we begin trading again on the pinks tomorrow. If that would happen, guarantee this thing would gap up mightily.
