Thank you lagunarad... the debt deal is brilliant! No wholesale conversions and dumping at all.... And this deal is even better than restricted shares, as then we would have to worry for 6 months or a year about what might happen when the restrictions were lifted... A real WIN-WIN for all!

And the debtholder must know the REVENUES are blowout to accept such a deal in the first place... They KNOW they will benefit from the deal as the company does good!
