There no proof to my saying ... but i have dear experience of cooperate word of the past 20 yeas ... and i f i have to say ....NO company will merge or buy or offer shares .. if FINS are completed .... No way !!! if this was the case here i will be the first for me to see :))

Fins must be finalised .. for them to work on the deal ...what not complete is the share structure of the Promissory conversion note 2016. My Theory based on my experience
