lesn: If anything you posted was true, NM, LLC, would have stopped litigating the patents and filed a new Determination. NM, LLC has not filed a new Determination and has filed new prosecution filings with the Delaware court as recently as this Monday for the former NeoMedia patents.

So either this unsubstantiated nonsense is true, or NM, LLC is illegally filing court documents. Think about it.

Even Rocket backed down this morning on his original posts.

There are no assignments from NM, LLC to NeoMedia. None.

The assignment that transfered control was the 'ASSIGNMENT OF ASSIGNORS INTEREST (SEE DOCUMENT FOR DETAILS)." NM, LLC has all the patents. NEOM has nothing.
