Play around w/ the following three entity names...YA Global, NeoMedia and NM,LLC. Search each entity against the other between 'assignor' and 'assignee'.

Tell us what you find.

I found, much to my surprise (did I look at it wrong the other day?), that the patents went from NEOM (NeoMedia) to NM,LLC (YA Global) back to NEOM, and NM,LLC is assigned none anymore.

So, no, NM,LLC is assigned ZERO patents anymore.

YA released their security interest against NEOM for all patents and re-assigned them BACK to NEOM (NeoMedia Technologies, Inc.).

But then, look here:

Looks like all cases closed.

I don't know what is going on except that over the past few months NEOM has come to life since YA reassigned the patents back to NEOM...volume steady rising, bid building w/ more MM's stacking and .0002's now hitting.

It's now very hard for anybody to logically argue that none of this is connected and it's just pinky gamblers playing around w/ this stock, which is now a shell.

Maybe this is connected to bitcoin and/or blockchain technology and YA will bring NeoMedia back public w/ no debt and all new share structure.

A reboot w/ this time a true growth company translating to a real growth stock?

Or, is YA just going to sell the shell to another party?

It's clear that something is happening behind the scenes and we will find out what it is in due time.

Why have all the patents been re-assigned to NEOM?
Why does NM,LLC have no patents assigned to them?
Why has YA lifted the security lean against NEOM for the patents, the only thing besides the shell YA could profit from by owning/using or selling?
Why has it been made sure that all of the above mentioned patents currently in open litigation are under NM,LLC's name and not NeoMedia's?

Any ideas, War?
