Yes I've talked with my dad about it. He owns about 15 commercial spaces and just leases them all out, but there's one that's 6500 sq ft being used as a brew pub. Snakes and lagers would be a great fit there imo. I've looked in dt Portland just to get a sense what the lease might be and for a similar sized space the rent is astronomical! Was thinking of messaging roger about details but want more of a pre-business plan before asking questions! Anyone have an idea what franchise fees run??
