One settlement will set a precedence for all future suits and the pps will reflect that as it runs up to around ten cents... Imo, of course...

Curiously, When did Waller make that statement? Was it recently within the past few weeks or months?

I'm trying to figure out a possible timeline for deployment or results from pilot programs. :D

MFA has been an industry standard in banking since 2012...

That has been established.

Literally every bank that offers online transactions operating in the us is already using MFA, SFOR does not own all forms of MFA.

A payroll employee can send a payroll file to a bank for processing. Another employee from that business can then call and verify pre-established criteria from that payroll file. That would be one form of MFA, there are many others SFOR does not own all forms, that statement is ridiculous.
