Did MYDX develop it or do they plan to license and resell it?

In the past I thought Mr. Yazbeck would never allow a buy out(this is his baby), but it does seem to make some sense as to why very few PR's are being released. A buy out or merger would greatly increase the resources that MYDX could have/use. All imo, but is some food for thought.
