I think what hes saying is the calling of that note, combined with changing borrowing conditions in Australia made their growth come to a screeching halt, and even reverse.

Moving to US should bring investment capital they otherwise could not have recieved.

Thats their take.

SPCLs take is the synergies MIGME brings to existing assets are going to increase REVS.
