Q1 and Q2 2017 will only be ok according to Mark Kay...unless there is settlement and there are rumblings going on here!! Now is the time to load up since Mark said that Q3 and Q4 numbers are going to 'exceed expectation'! Of course, the time to load up will end at any time with settlement news!
