[Li] already has about 450,000,000 shares and this approximate $ 15,000,000 US would allow him to buy a bit over 55,000,000 shares which would give over 500,000,000 shares which might be enough to protect him.

In all seriousness, from what does Li need protection and how does acquiring another 55 million shares accomplish that?

Also, are you sure about your number of shares that Li currently owns? I thought Li owned around 46% of LM (or approximately 407 million shares). If Li has 450 million he already owns more than half the company.
