F2, Inversor, I just resubmitted my email, I was given a temporary password, followed the link, pressed continue, and was accepted, I did notice quite a change to the original submission page so the system may have somehow purged existing members during a revamp at he beginning of 2017, actually someone here (Steve?) said they were upgrading/redoing the website, this may have been part of that process
guess I'll see if I start getting pr's in my mailbox again with the next release, that should be fairly soon with the Dr Lebby CEO transition and the upcoming ASM
